After you place your order, our design team creates a free digital proof showing exactly how your ball will look. You'll receive this within 1-2 business days. We won't print until you approve the proof.
Yes! We offer a sample service where you can order one ball to see the quality firsthand before placing your full order. Contact us to request a sample.
We accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, and SVG files. For best results, upload at least 300 DPI resolution. Our team will let you know if we need a higher resolution file.
We take packaging seriously, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos. We'll replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom-printed items. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we'll make it right. We never print until you approve, so errors are rare.
