Production typically takes 3-5 business days after you approve your digital proof. Once production is complete, shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for standard delivery. So plan for 6-10 business days total from proof approval to doorstep.
Yes! For individual orders, just add multiple addresses during checkout. For bulk orders (10+), upload a CSV with all recipient addresses and we'll ship each ball to its designated address with individual tracking.
Our packaging is designed to protect your custom balls during transit. The outer box shows our company name but no pricing. The inner packaging presents the ball beautifully—perfect for gifting directly to your recipient.
